What types of ticket are available?
Season Membership costs £250 and covers the cost of
admission for all our regular concerts, unless the concert is
presented as part of the Norfolk and Norwich festival, and
represents excellent value for regular concertgoers.
Regular Membership costs £35 and allows for a £5
discount on the standard admission price.
Note that both forms of membership entitle the holder to
take advantage of priority booking, to attend and vote at the
AGM and to attend the annual Joe Stirling Concert free of
charge.

Do you offer any other discounts?
Yes we do:
Younger concertgoers
Under 18 - we offer a limited number of free tickets for
those under 18
18-30 years - tickets for this age group are £10.
(Please be aware that you may be asked to provide proof of
age at the door)
Essential Companions
We offer a complimentary ticket for the companions /carers
of those with limited mobility.
Tickets for Good
We offer a limited number of tickets under the Tickets for
Good scheme ( www.ticketsforgood.org ) which in turn
provides free or discounted tickets for the NHS, charity
sector workers and cost of living payment recipients. To take
advantage of this scheme you will need to join Tickets for
Good.
The Joe Stirling Memorial Concert which this year will be
held on 8 February 2025, and features the Elmore String
Quartet, is an addition to our regular concerts and is free of
charge for all Season and regular Members.
When do tickets go on sale?
Priority booking for Season and Regular members opens
on 10 May 2024.
Season and Regular membership is not transferable. Please
note that during the priority booking period all members can
buy up to 2 Guest tickets at full price for family and friends.
General booking for the public opens on 10 June 2024.
All the ticket types (above) can be found in the booking
form on Ticketsource.
Both Season and Regular members will require their
Membership number when booking through Ticketsource in
order to reserve their seat at the reduced price.
No fees are charged for booking.
All tickets purchased online through TicketSource are
subject to its Customer Purchase Policy.

Have your membership number to hand if you are applying
for a ticket as a member.
On the door
Tickets are usually available at the door but we advise prior booking
whenever possible to ensure the best possible seat.
Refunds
All concert tickets are non-refundable (unless the performance is cancelled or postponed). We regret we are not able to offer refunds on Memberships or Season tickets for any concerts that are cancelled or postponed.
